Steppin Out places its widest stripes down the center of the leg so the line runs unbroken from waist to hem — the effect is height, not width. The wrap bodice is tacked at the deepest point of the V so it stays put, the sash is long enough to double-wrap and knot, and the balloon sleeves have real ease through the bicep. The legs are hemmed extra long to fall over a heel.
